An all levels class for actors and improvisers or anyone who wants to get out of their head and into their body. Tim and Mallory's collaborative experience includes dance, movement, clowning, yoga and miming. This class will focus on helping you find the way your body moves best so you can bring your best whole self to the stage next time you perform!
