Summer Camps for Kids
Registration for Summer Camps 2025 will open on January 15th, 2025.
Thanks for a great summer!
Summer Camps 2025
We have three options for camps this summer! Make sure to see below why we think improv is so important for kids!
Improv: This camp focuses on learning basic improv skills or improving the ones you already have. Students do scene work, short form games, team building and more.
Improvised Theatre: In this camp, students work with our teaching artists to use basic improv skills to create a short play or collection of scenes by the end of the week.
Comedy Bootcamp: Ready to get serious about comedy? This camp covers standup/storytelling, clowning and musical improv - three things that can take your improv to the next level. The week culminates in a showcase of your new skills. Some improv experience (a camp or class) is highly encouraged.

Why Improv?
Students will learn the basics of improv, the power of “Yes, and”, how to collaboratively tell stories, and most of all they will have fun!
Here are the skills your kid will be using:
Communication Skills
Comfort with Public Speaking
Working as a Team Towards a Shared Goal
Improved Listening Skills
Quick Thinking and Responsiveness
Spontaneity and Problem Solving
Resiliency and the Ability to Bounce Back
If these sound like tools your kid can benefit from and utilize (all while having a great time), this is the camp for you!

Dad’s Garage will refund tuition less the 25% non-refundable deposit for registrations canceled at least 1 week prior to the start of a class or camp. Registrations canceled less than a week prior to the start date will not be refunded.
