Whether you want to break into improv as a performer, improve your public speaking skills, boost your confidence in business situations or just meet new people and have fun, our improv classes are a perfect place to get started!
Our 8-week sessions teach you the power of saying “yes,” turning your connections with your fellow classmates into improvised magic!
In levels 1-4 you’ll learn the basics and not-so-basics of narrative scenework, including the ins and out of the improv juggernaut Theatresports and both short-and-longform techniques. Plus, you get free tickets to most Dad’s Garage shows, and an opportunity to jump on stage every week at our Student Mixer shows.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How much are classes and how long do they run? Classes are $235 per 8-week session and meet from 7-9 once a week. Evenings offered depend on level, but classes are held every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.
If I have to miss a class, can I make it up on another night? Unfortunately, we cannot off off-night makeups for a variety of reasons. You may miss up to 2 classes per session to be eligible for the next level.
I've taken improv before, what level should I sign up for? If you would like to talk about previous experience, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Oh, and if you’re looking to get in on the cheap, we offer credit for volunteering on our lobby staff for shows! It’s a fun way to see shows for free and hang out with the whole Dad’s Garage family (and yeah, probably take out the trash.) If you'd like to volunteer, email email@example.com.
STILL GOT QUESTIONS? Not sure our classes are for you? Need to make sure we fit into your schedule? Got a third problem to satisfy this joke structure? No prob.
