Artistic Family

Dana began her improv career in Mr. Highland’s 8th grade classroom but didn’t really, REALLY start until finding Dad’s. She came to see shows when she was 18 and embraced the fashion statement of cat ears in public. Now that the cat ears are for private moments only, Dana enjoys any improvising with intentionally overdone scene painting and forcing songs into scenes.

Outside of “The Deeg” (no one calls it that), Dana has voiced the A.I. badass SARA on Toonami since 2013. Her other voice acting and song credits include Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters, Squidbillies, Saint’s Row the Third, Fishcenter Live, Homestar Runner, and various other projects. During business-ish hours, she writes and produces commercials and promos for Adult Swim and creates on-camera segments for the streaming show Toonami Pre-flight. She reviews games, movies, swag, and conventions, so if you have one of those for her to review yell it at her from the audience. Just kidding, don’t do that.

She is a founding member of the Peaches-meets-Mr. Show band Le Sexoflex and is currently doing songs here and there for her synthy movie theme covers project Summoner IV. She also had a craniotomy in 2012. Who knew?
